Building a Healthy Brand
The Objective
Develop a comprehensive healthcare brand that combines two existing operational brands (Crider and Pathways) under a single FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Care) name, differentiate the new brand through a comprehensive brand messaging platform with relevant brand messaging that informs print collateral, website and marketing tactics.
The Approach
Through a competitive landscape scan, identify key strategic differentiators, develop four brand messaging pillars and supporting brand messaging platform. Create the identity and brand standards and apply them to a comprehensive signage system. Create positive brand experiences through the design and development a new website, external marketing collateral and internal employee communications.
Conclusion
Launch the new brand externally through marketing collateral, website and signage, provide internal communication resources necessary file templates and brand standards for consistent implementation and use.
