The Challenge

Through a strategic, informed design approach, develop differentiating positioning language and compelling infographics for a variety of sales and marketing tactics that support product launches, work strategies, process flows and corporate strategic positioning.

Our Approach

Beginning with in-depth interviews or leading informational workshops, a wealth of information was obtained, synthesized into distinct and easy-to-understand messaging, and paired with compelling imagery and detailed infographics. This integrated communication platform was then used to tell the Booz Allen Hamilton unique approach to business and product offerings through a differentiated storyline – for a variety of corporate presentations, sales meetings or product launches. For our target audiences – the U.S. government and its agencies, Fortune 500 corporations, and new client prospects.

Each project initially began with a client mind-dump – multiple interviews with project leads – each with legacy sales decks and competitor samples. Through iterative process, the formation was then synthesized and reshaped to the most salient, differentiating points that address the specific needs of a particular audience.
